The Flower of salt that we delicately harvest every summer from the surface of the crsytalisers with great care and precision ; is made of fine delicate white salt crystals and represents a small production. The Flower of salt is preserved pure and natural to maintain it’s structure and source minerals (trace elements). It’s unique flavour and taste is prized by chefs and gourmet’s worldwide.
